Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern all consulting, custom web development, and AI workflow automation services provided by KYVORA SYSTEMS (“Studio”, “we”, “us”) to business clients (“Client”, “you”).
2. Fixed-Scope Milestones & Billing
All engineering sprints are defined by a mutually agreed Architecture Blueprint specifying deliverables, timelines, and fixed compensation. Sprints standardly operate on a 50% deposit upon kickoff and 50% upon final acceptance and code handover. No unexpected billable hourly charges will ever be levied without prior written approval.
3. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of final project payment, KYVORA SYSTEMS irrevocably assigns and transfers 100% of all intellectual property, source code, design files, and deployment configurations produced specifically for the Client under the engagement. The Client retains complete freedom to host, modify, or extend the software without paying any recurring studio royalties.
4. 14-Day Post-Launch Warranty
We warrant that all delivered code will conform in all material respects with the specifications defined in the Architecture Blueprint. Every project includes a 14-day warranty period starting from deployment, during which we promptly remediate any software bugs or unexpected integration errors at zero additional charge.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, without prejudice to international commercial arbitration standards.
