The Operational Challenge
High-touch B2B service firms frequently spend 15 to 25 hours per week manually transferring onboarding data between intake forms, HubSpot CRM records, QuickBooks or Stripe invoicing, and operational Slack channels. Manual handoffs introduce typos, missing billing tags, and delayed onboarding.
Architectural Solution
We architected an asynchronous webhook integration mesh that captures inbound client contracts, parses structured data, provisions customer workspace credentials, and records transactions across all connected business software with automated retry queues.
System Execution Flow
Incoming webhooks from sign-off portals and Stripe are authenticated with HMAC signatures and queued into an edge message bus.
The event payload is validated against strict TypeScript schemas. Legal entities, tax numbers, and contract amounts are extracted and deduplicated.
HubSpot CRM, Stripe customer tags, and Google Drive client folders are updated in parallel. If any service fails, the event is held in a retry queue with Slack alerts.
